We are seeking a Senior Manager, Allocation Strategy & Business Operations to play a central role in Kosta Browne’s Direct-to-Consumer business. This position owns the strategy, analytics and operational execution behind our allocation offerings, the most important revenue engine for the brand. This role works closely with senior leadership to shape allocation strategy, drive experimentation, and uncover insights that fuel long-term customer growth.
What we will ask you to do:
Allocation Strategy & Analytics
• Own and evolve the Kosta Browne allocation process, designing strategies that maximize conversion, retention and customer lifetime value.
• Forecast demand and analyze release performance to guide future offering strategies.
• Run experiments and A/B tests to improve member acquisition, engagement and purchasing behavior.
• Maintain reporting and analytical models that support DTC strategy and decision-making.
Operations & Member Experience
• Oversee operational execution of allocation offerings from setup through fulfillment.
• Manage key member services processes including allocation loading, website configuration and member access.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and maintain awareness of direct shipping compliance.
Strategic Partnership
• Collaborate with winemaking, marketing, hospitality and fulfillment teams to align release strategy and customer experience.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Foster a test-and-learn culture across the DTC organization.
What you will need:
• 4+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, business operations or growth marketing
• Advanced Excel and data modeling skills
• Experience with BI platforms such as SQL, PowerBI, Anaplan or similar tools preferred
• Experience designing data-driven experiments or growth initiatives
• Background in luxury consumer goods, subscription, or allocation-based businesses is a strong plus
• Ability to combine analytical thinking with strong business intuition
• Adept at improving systems and running experiments
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to diverse teams
• A customer-first mindset and passion for premium brands
