What you’ll do:
• Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned
• Support daily tasting room operations, including opening/closing, stocking, and organization
• Assist with staff training, guest communications, and inventory support
• Deliver engaging and memorable experiences rooted in education and storytelling to drive wine sales and club conversions
• Confidently lead private tastings and tours
• Foster a professional, service-driven team environment
What we’re looking for:
• Prior winery or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong sales and communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with guests
• Professional demeanor with leadership capability
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
• Must be 21+, able to lift 50 lbs., and stand for extended periods
• OLCC and Food Handler permits required (or ability to obtain)
