About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Wine Advisor to join our sales and client engagement team. This entry-level role will be focused on outbound contact to dis-engaged clients and leads, to either introduce our wine program, gauge interest and qualify opportunities for our Senior Wine Advisors. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has an interest in fine wine and wants to build or grow a foundation in premium wine sales and client relationship management.

This position is remote; we are accepting applications only from candidates residing in California, Florida or Washington State at this time.

Key Responsibilities
•  Make outbound phone calls/emails/texts to existing disengaged clients, house accounts and qualified leads throughout the day
•  Introduce and clearly explain our wine program
•  Ask discovery questions to assess (continued) interest, needs, and buying potential
•  Accurately qualify leads, schedule follow-up calls and determine readiness to move forward with either concierge-level service or direct marketing only
•  Transfer or schedule interested clients with Senior Wine Advisors once interest is confirmed
•  File and notate client interests accordingly in our system
•  Research new contact information for those with incorrect information
•  Track activity, outcomes, and notes accurately in our CRM system
•  Follow call scripts while adapting to individual conversations
•  Meet daily call and qualification targets
•  Collaborate with senior advisors and management to improve outreach strategies

Qualifications
•  Strong communication and listening skills
•  Comfortable making high-volume outbound contact
•  Interest in wine or premium consumer products (wine knowledge a plus, not required)
•  Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
•  Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
•  Coachable mindset with a desire to grow into a senior advisory role
•  Previous sales, call center, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
