We are a well-established, boutique winery seeking a sales & hospitality professional who thrives in a role that blends elevated guest engagement with meaningful operational responsibility. This position plays a starring role in tasting room sales while also providing vital support in wine club relations, events, and administrative functions. Success in this role comes from understanding that exceptional hospitality doesn’t stop when a tasting experience ends – it is built through thoughtful follow-through, organization, and keen attention to detail behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate enjoys variety in their day, takes initiative, and is comfortable balancing guest-facing responsibilities with operational tasks that support the entirety of our business. From delivering personalized tasting experiences and converting guests into long-term club members, to assisting with wine club communications, order processing, event planning assistance, and administrative coordination, this role is an important and integral part to maintaining the elevated standard of service our guests and members expect.

Tasting Room & Sales
• Deliver elevated, educational and personalized tasting experiences
• Confidently present and sell wines using strong storytelling and closing techniques
• Consistently convert guests into wine club members and repeat customers
• Share our winery’s story in a way that builds connection and long-term loyalty
• Maintain a polished, clean, and welcoming tasting room environment
• Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for Paso Robles and the Central Coast
Administrative:
• Assist with Wine Club member communication via email, phone, and in person
• Support wine club order processing, updates, and CRM maintenance
• Process and ship online orders
• Support member retention efforts and special outreach initiatives
• Assist with planning and execution of events
Qualifications:
• Proven hospitality and sales experience (wine industry experience required)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• 21+ years of age
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail
• High personal integrity and trustworthiness
• Self-motivated, polished & professional, and driven by excellence
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be available weekends, some holidays, and for occasional special events
