Position Purpose
Under general/minimal supervision, the Ecommerce Campaign Specialist provides operational support for direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives at both Francis Ford Coppola Winery and Black Stallion Estate Winery. This role ensures compelling visual and written communications across digital and print channels, enhancing brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting revenue growth.
Essential Duties
• Creates and edits images for email campaigns, banners, corporate materials, and newsletters
• Designs emails in Klaviyo including building templates, layout and automation flows
• Collaborates with Art Department for image approval
• Creates graphics using Adobe Creative Suite including Workfront for Project Management
• Directs and organizes photoshoots for DTC collateral including scheduling, set up and breakdown
• Writes promotional copies for marketing campaigns, email communications, and Wine Family newsletters
• Develops engaging content for brochures, shipment inserts, and other collateral
• Develops tasting notes for content and communications (wine knowledge strongly preferred)
• Writes SEO-friendly content and blog posts to support website and digital marketing initiatives
• Maintains the DTC email calendar to ensure timely and coordinated campaign delivery
• Builds, designs, and deploys emails in Klaviyo and Shopify
• Builds and refines automated email/SMS workflows in Klaviyo
• Designs and executes larger gift guides for eCommerce and Outbound Sales
• Collaborates with sales team members to create personalized corporate gift guides for high-end clients
• Works closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communications
• Supports other DTC marketing initiatives and operational needs as required

Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years related experience and/or training
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Must be 21 years old
• Flexible and a team player
• Self-motivated and professional with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, accurate and detail oriented
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
• Computer proficiency, basic database management, MS Office, (Word, Excel), Internet
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with Dynamic Content, A/B Testing, and other standard email marketing practices
• Familiarity with Klavivo is preferred
Working Conditions
• General office and winery environment
• May need to determine color, taste, and smell of wine using eyes, tongue, and nose

California Pay Transparency Disclaimer: This is a Non-Exempt position. The pay range for this position is $26.78 to $41.86. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity and alignment with market data.
