Summary:
The Inventory and Operations Coordinator is an important support role for Turnbull’s day-to-day winery operations. This position is well-suited for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working across different areas of the business.
Reporting to the Accounting Director, the role helps coordinate inventory across multiple locations, serves as a point of contact for vendors and facility-related projects, and provides general operational and administrative support. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a variety of tasks, communicating with a range of team members — from ownership and business leaders to maintenance staff — and contributing to a positive, professional workplace culture.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Inventory Management:
• Completes monthly physical inventory counts onsite & yearly physical counts at all warehouse locations
• Processes inventory transfers, transactions, promo’s, etc. for both DTC and wholesale
• Coordinates special order deliveries, wine transfers, and delivers wine on occasion
• Manages SKU creation and COLA tracking
• Works with Tasting Room & Wine Club to ensure par levels are maintained
• Prepares employee and vendor holiday wine packs
• Creates & maintains inventory control processes and checks
• Receive wine at winery using a forklift (forklift certification provided as needed)
• Inventory reporting & month end reconciliation
Office & Facility Management:
• Oversee facility upkeep, working with Maintenance staff & GM, tracking open maintenance projects and inspecting property to beautify guest spaces.
• Manage office needs, such as phone management, office equipment upkeep, space planning
• Manage contracts with vendors and service providers, including bidding out jobs and creating comparisons between vendors
• IT onsite liaison, working with IT company to ensure cybersecurity and compliance
• Administer security systems and gate system
• Manage Safety program, working with department heads to conduct training
• Manage COI for contractors
• Manage donation program
• Supply ordering as needed, ensuring Green Winery standards are upheld
• Assist management with misc. tasks/projects
Skills and Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while staying organized, accurate, and solutions oriented
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic winery environment
• Positive, professional attitude with a collaborative approach and commitment to supporting an exceptional employee and guest experience
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also thriving as part of a dedicated, cross functional team
• Willing to support operational needs hands-on, including forklift certification and occasional box truck driving
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with inventory systems such as Offset and AMS a plus
• Prior wine industry, inventory, facilities, or operations experience preferred
Physical & Schedule Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Must possess valid driver’s license
• Full-time, Monday–Friday; occasional weekends or overtime may be required

This is a non-exempt position. The hourly pay range for this position is $32.50-$36/hr
