Porrón Cellars is seeking a passionate and responsible hospitality professional with a strong foundation in wine to join our growing team.
We are a Madrid-style wine bar specializing in imported wines and featured spirits. Each week we showcase a different wine region and a rotating featured cocktail. Our program highlights a wide selection of Vermouths, Sherries, Ports, and Madeira. We host frequent pop-ups with winemakers, chefs, artists, and musicians, making Porrón Cellars a hub for wine, food, and culture.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of hospitality experience
• Strong wine knowledge required
• Wine certification preferred (WSET, CMS, etc.) but not required
• Spirits and bartending knowledge is a plus
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• A lifelong student of wine, food, and culture — and an aspiring teacher eager to share that knowledge
• Outgoing, hardworking, and community-minded
