ABOUT CARBOY WINERY
Carboy Winery is one of the fastest-growing and most exciting wine brands in the country, helping lead the Colorado wine renaissance with a blend of passion, precision, and adventure. Since 2016, our award-winning wines have helped elevate Colorado as a serious and sustainable wine region—defined by high-elevation vineyards, dramatic terroir, and bold, boundary-pushing style.
With estate vineyards in the Grand Valley at Mt. Garfield Estate and K Vineyard, and a growing program in Washington state, Carboy is crafting wines that express the distinct character of both regions while keeping Colorado at the core. As Colorado’s largest wine operation, we’ve grown rapidly—from one location to five—by focusing on hospitality, innovation, and a strong internal culture that empowers our team to do their most impactful work.
Carboy is more than a winery—it’s a movement. We’re redefining what it means to experience Colorado wine. Uncork Adventure.
