Campovida Stewards & Event Concierge
This is a new position and will be responsible for our Steward's and event guest experience at our private farm and estate winery.

We are located in the beautiful hamlet of Hopland and have a private tasting room and accommodations for our member's only. We are seeking an experienced wine sales leader and educator. This role is a key role for our team. The successful team member is passionate about wine and will provide our members and their guests with a wonderful experience while also achieving sales targets. This team member will bring partnership, leadership, organization, knowledge, and passion to share with our team, our tasting room, and our wine membership community. Campovida is a tiny family-owned business and this person will need to be incredibly collaborative, as well as self-motivated and self-managing.

Experience/Education Required:
Wine and product sales experience (online and direct to consumer).
Extensive wine knowledge, with a deep appreciation of Mendocino County wines.
Experience in all aspects of sales, marketing, guest, and member event management.
Experience working with online order management systems - Commerce 7 a plus.
Proven strong writing skills for both writing about wine and communicating with customers.
3 years experience in service for a consumer goods company – wine industry preferred
Tech-savvy and computer/software proficiency: POS/Commerce 7, Microsoft Word & Excel
Ability to prioritize and get things done in a rapidly changing environment
Knowledgeable about wine; wine certifications preferred, but not required
Flexibility to work weekends

Physical & Age Requirements - Must be:
21+ years of age
able to work in a stationary position for extended periods of time
able to move up to 40 pounds
able to drive
able to work weekends
