Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic team member to join our Direct to Consumer business, with a special emphasis on Wine Club, Shipping and Logistics, Outbound Sales, and Digital Marketing support. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, managing shipping logistics, collaborating on executing digital marketing strategies, and proactively driving business success, we would love to hear from you! This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple areas of our DTC business.

Scope of the Role:
- Provide support across all aspects of the Direct to Consumer business, including Wine Club, Shipping and Logistics, Outbound Sales, Reservations, Events, and Digital

Marketing.
- Help achieve Wine Club and Ecommerce revenue targets, driving conversions through website, email, text and promotional campaigns.
- Develop, manage, and actively engage in regular Outbound Sales campaigns with Wine Club & Mailing List.
- Monitor daily customer shipping orders and collaborate with third-party fulfillment and compliance partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, with exceptional client experience from order to fulfillment.
- Manage customer service for our Tasting Room shipping orders, ensuring a seamless, secure, and efficient delivery to their destinations.
- Provide support for all aspects of order management and ensure clear, proactive communication with clients throughout the process.
- Play a key role in inventory management.
- Analyze shipping rates from fulfillment partners and recommend adjustments to internal rates as needed.
- Perform regular website audits, ensuring current events and product updates are reflected online.
- Communicate with wine club members, delivering excellent customer service at all touchpoints.
- Provide copywriting support across multiple channels: email & text marketing, wine club collateral, Outbound Sales, event listings, etc.
- Update regional association websites with current event information.
- Support management of social media platforms, including managing calendar and developing content.
- Respond to customer reviews and engage with our community.
- Oversee and manage the chat feature on the website, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete OLCC special event winery (SEW) permits for offsite events as needed.
- Provide support at onsite Wine Club Events, approx. 4 annually.
- B2B liaison – proactively working with tour operators, lodging concierges, and destination travel managers to keep Resonance top of mind.
- Assist with other duties as needed to support business operations.

- You have a proven proficiency in customer service: phone, text, email, post mail.

Reports to: Wine Club and Direct Marketing Manager, Jillian Newman
Compensation: Hourly $23-25, commensurate with experience; Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, 401K with Company Match, Accrued PTO, Eligible for Wine Club Commission & YE Bonus
Schedule: 3 business days per week (occasional weekend day for special wine club events)
Typical Hours: 9:00-5:30pm
Type of Work: Part Time w/ Benefits, potential to develop into Full Time after 1 year
