Job Summary
The Sales Administration Analyst supports the national sales organization by managing sales data, maintaining pricing and program accuracy, coordinating order and inventory processes, and delivering reports that drive strategic decision-making. This role ensures operational excellence across the three-tier system and provides critical administrative and analytical support to sales leadership, distributor partners, and cross-functional teams.

Performance Duties and Responsibilities
•  Sales reporting and analytics: Build, maintain, and distribute recurring sales reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries to internal stakeholders.
•  Pricing and program management: Maintain national pricing files, promotional calendars, and trade program documentation across all markets and distributors.
•  Forecasting and demand support: Partner with sales, supply chain, and production teams to support SKU-level forecasting and inventory allocation.
•  Order and inventory coordination: Monitor inventory levels, support order processing, and troubleshoot discrepancies with logistics and warehouse teams.
•  Data integrity and systems management: Ensure accuracy of customer, product, and pricing data across CRM, ERP, and reporting platforms.
•  Distributor and customer support: Serve as a key point of contact for distributor partners regarding pricing, product availability, compliance documents, and sales materials.
•  Sales enablement: Prepare presentations, sell sheets, and performance summaries to support field sales and brand teams.
•  Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with finance, marketing, operations, and winemaking to align on sales initiatives and business priorities.


Key Performance Objectives
•  Accurate and timely reporting that supports sales leadership decision making.
•  High data integrity across pricing, customer records, and product information.
•  Effective coordination with distributors to ensure smooth execution of programs and pricing.
•  Improved forecast accuracy through strong analytical support and cross functional communication.
•  Operational efficiency in order processing, inventory management, and administrative workflows.


Qualifications:
•  Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field.
•  2–4 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or administration; wine, beverage, or CPG experience preferred.
•  Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and BI tools.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
•  Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external partners.
•  Familiarity with the three-tier distribution system strongly preferred.
•  IDIG/VIP knowledge/certification preferred.
•  Experience with national accounts on and off premises.
•  Experience in analyzing Neilson information.

Work Environment:
•  Work location is performed in a typical field environment or home office
•  Moderate demands for movement and lifting
•  Travel is possible up to 20%.
