We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Integrity Technical Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Global Quality and Food Safety programs across a diverse and growing product portfolio. In this role, you will be a trusted technical leader and subject matter expert, partnering with operations, quality, maintenance, engineering, and beverage-making teams to ensure our products consistently meet the highest standards.
You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to improve food safety, develop processes, and implement technical solutions that drive continuous improvement across Gallo facilities and co-manufacturing partners. From managing corporate sanitation, water, filtration and other technical programs, you will bring vision, expertise, and strategic thinking to every project. Your ability to navigate complex technical challenges, validate leading technology, analyze performance metrics, and recommend impactful solutions will directly shape our success.
Collaboration is key-this role works closely with cross-functional partners and senior leadership, presenting clear recommendations and progress updates. You will also mentor and coach team members, fostering growth, inclusion, and innovation. Whether negotiating with vendors, leading technical problem-solving using Lean Six Sigma principles, or ensuring compliance with food law regulations, your contributions will safeguard our products and strengthen our reputation for excellence.

What You'll Need
• Master's of Engineering or Science degree in a Natural or Life Science plus 3 year of production/operations, food/beverage, sanitation, engineering, product development or quality assurance experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's of Engineering or Science degree in Natural or Life Science degree plus 7 years of production, operations, engineering, sanitation or quality assurance experience in food and beverage manufacturing, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma with 10 years of production, operations, engineering, sanitation or quality assurance experience in food and beverage manufacturing, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Required to lift and move equipment or product that can weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 20% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
