We have an exciting leadership opportunity at our young boutique winery to run our hospitality program, events and club program. This is a customer facing role and the person will also spend considerable time in our beautiful new tasting room in downtown McMinnville. This role is very strategic and works very closely with the owners, who live at the vineyard, as well as the rest of the staff. The right person for this role will be high energy, very positive in nature, enjoy people, passionate about wine and wine education, hardworking, customer centric, detail oriented and value high integrity. We are a small team that loves what we do and is mission driven. We are truly an extended family and are looking for someone to join our family and growing business.

Key elements of the job:
- Manage all client communication via newsletters, social media, website, emails
- Working with the owners, develop the club member program and manage the strategy, process and execution
- Maintain the POS systems (currently Orderport and Vinoshipper)
- Strategic marketing via social media and various industry channels
- Create and manage tasting room materials including winery information, tasting menus, order forms
- Working with the owners, develop the annual event schedule and lead the events with the support of the broader team
- Working at our tasting room in downtown McMinnville, host clients while providing wine education and introducing our wine lineup
- Manage the tasting room schedule, calendar and staffing
- Promote our brand that is very welcoming, inclusive, focused on sustainability, organic farming and very animal friendly
- Very client focused and enjoy exceeding client expectation and growing our club program
