Tasting Room Sales - Part Time

Groth Vineyards & Winery

Oakville, CA

Apply

Job Description:

Before Oakville became an appellation, before Groth made the first 100-point wine in Napa, the vineyard was born from a family dream, the friendship of neighbors, and a huge leap of faith. Over 40 years later, Groth remains 100% family owned and operated by the Groth family. In addition to delivering exceptional hospitality, the Tasting Room Host plays an active role in driving direct-to-consumer sales and growing the Groth Wine Club. This position requires the ability to engage guests in meaningful conversation, identify opportunities to recommend wines and experiences, and confidently invite guests to continue their relationship with Groth through purchases and membership—always in a manner that is authentic, guest-focused, and aligned with the Groth brand.
