What You’ll Do

Welcome and engage guests with exceptional hospitality and genuine enthusiasm.

Lead wine tastings and food pairings while sharing our story and product knowledge.

Drive sales of wines, Wine Club memberships, and gourmet food products.

Record guest preferences and manage transactions through CRM/POS systems.

Support events, daily operations, and maintain tasting areas to brand standards.

Uphold all food safety and responsible beverage practices.

What You Bring

2+ years of hospitality experience (winery, luxury retail, or events).

Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.

Tech-savvy; experience with CRM and POS systems (TOCK/Shopify a plus).

Energetic, team-oriented, and detail-focused.

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Weekend and holiday availability required; barista experience a plus.
