Job Description:

The Duckhorn Portfolio is North America’s premier luxury wine company. We were established in 1976 by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn. Today, our portfolio features some of North America’s most revered wineries, including Decoy, Paraduxx, Goldeneye, Migration, Canvasback, Calera, Kosta Browne, Sonoma-Cutrer, Greenwing and Postmark.

The Membership Coordinator provides operational support for The Duckhorn Portfolio’s membership programs. This role focuses on the planning and execution of quarterly club shipments, inventory coordination, and batch billing processes, while also contributing to loyalty initiatives that enhance the member experience. The Membership Coordinator partners closely with the Membership team to ensure shipments and projects are completed accurately and on time, supporting the growth and retention of our membership base.


What we will ask you to do:

Club Shipments and Billing (50%)
•  Assists with quarterly batch billing, including account updates, decline follow-ups, and process adjustments.
•  Support shipment programming in collaboration with the Membership team and fulfillment partners.
•  Monitor inventory for club allocations and communicates availability or substitution needs.
•  Prepare reporting and documentation to track shipment accuracy, declines, and member response.
•  Provide logistical support during release periods, including coordination of will-call orders and member communications.

Membership and Loyalty Project Support (50%)
•  Contribute to membership retention and loyalty initiatives through data entry, list management, and project coordination.
•  Assist with setup and tracking of seasonal promotions and gifting campaigns.
•  Provide event and milestone support, including RSVP lists, benefit fulfillment, and member communications.
•  Partner with Visitor Center and DTC teams to share updates and ensure alignment on member benefits and policies.
•  Support ad hoc projects as assigned to strengthen member engagement and operational efficiency.


What you will need:
•  1–2 years of administrative, operations, or customer service experience, preferably in wine, hospitality, or consumer goods.
•  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•  Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with WineDirect, CRM, or similar systems preferred.
•  Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
•  Ability to work occasional weekends or evenings during club release and event periods.
•  Valid Driver’s License and insurable MVR.
