Pine Ridge has been dedicated to crafting wines of substance for over 40 years. Located in the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley, Pine Ridge Vineyards is comprised of 10 estate vineyards in Napa's best AVAs. We focus on crafting luxury Cabernet Sauvignon from Howell Mountain, Rutherford, Oakville, Stags Leap, Carneros and Napa Valley as a whole.

Lab/Crush Help:
We are seeking self-motivated individuals for the upcoming harvest. The job entails, but is not limited to:
•  Vineyard sampling and grape analysis (Brix, pH and titratable acidity)
•  Monitoring fermentations, checking daily brix and temperatures
•  Daily set-up and calibration of laboratory equipment
•  Barrel and tank sampling
•  Analysis of juice and wine lots (including brix, pH/TA, turbidity, free and total SO2, alcohol, enzymatic assays including glucose/fructose, malic acid, acetic acid and YAN, and phenolic measurements)
•  Entering daily analysis results in winemaking database and Excel spreadsheets
•  Set-up of wine trials as requested
•  Cellar work as requested

You must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work long hours including weekends. The position is seasonal, and the anticipated start time is mid-August through November. Experience is preferred; we are interested in a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

The projected hourly pay range for this position is $23 to $24 per hour. The range is the projected compensation for this position, however the actual compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as (but not limited to) candidate qualifications, related experience and education, candidate work location and market data.
