Argyle Winery is seeking a temporary part-time Specialist Assistant (Busser) to join our Dundee, OR Tasting House Hospitality team! We are looking for exceptional individuals who know how to hustle, have an eye for details and thrive in a high paced customer facing environment. Our service model offers the unique opportunity to interact with guests tableside while educating and offering guidance on wine flights and additional service experiences. The role requires top notch hospitality and customer service skills, providing support to the hospitality team and help to create a memorable guest experience. The role supports Tasting Room sales staff to provide efficient and detailed oriented service. This role is responsible for providing services that make the experience seamless. This position is based in Dundee, OR and is a temporary assignment (May - September), hourly non-exempt position, with a work schedule 20 hrs./week, Thursday - Sunday (requires the ability to consistently work weekends, evenings, and some holidays).

Minimum Qualifications:
- Stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Lift upwards of 50lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to provide U.S. Work Authorization without current or future sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•  Clear, reset, and maintain tabletops as required throughout the day.
•  Keep floor, furniture, menus, and place settings clean.
•  Assist in retrieving wine orders, club shipments, bottles for restocking, and materials form the warehouse needed for service.
•  Respond appropriately to guest requests, communicate guest requests to servers/manager immediately.
•  Assist with pre/post shift setup and cleanup.
•  Makes sure water stations, polishing stations, service stations, and bussing stations are set for service.
•  Participates in staff training.
•  Maintain the cleanliness of all back and front of house areas.
•  Maintain health and safety regulations .
•  Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
