Position Overview:

Are you ready to lead the way in creating unforgettable guest experiences. We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Hospitality Director. In this exciting role, you will enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and ensure exceptional service standards while cultivating and motivating a high performing, customer-oriented team.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

-Exceptional Guest Experience: Enhance guest satisfaction through efficient systems and memorable, brand-aligned experiences that build loyalty.

-Seamless Operations: Manage reservations, staffing, and daily tasks effectively, aligning schedules and budgets for optimal performance.

-High-Performing Team: Lead and develop a professional hospitality team with robust training and clear objectives to excel in service and sales.

-Revenue Growth: Collaborate with marketing and membership to drive DTC sales, wine club expansion, and overall profitability through strategic goals and insights.

-Financial Mastery: Oversee budgets and manage supplies to ensure profitability and resource readiness while maintaining high standards.

-Collaborative Impact: Partner with management and owners to execute successful events, support marketing and membership efforts, and contribute to long-term vision.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a winery or related environment
-Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills that inspire others
-Self-starter who thrives in the collaborative work environment of a small family business
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
-A love for people and a high level of personal integrity
-An eye for detail and a passion for seeking ways to continuously improve
-Ability to work on your feet for extended hours and lift 50lbs
-Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Proficiency in wine-related software a plus


Compensation & Benefits:

Schedule:

This position is a full-time position which includes weekends and most holidays to meet the needs of our Hospitality based business.
