Abacus Distributing is seeking an energetic person to expand Worcester area market. The candidate will be expected to build a territory with both retail and restaurant accounts in assigned territory. Roles & Responsibilities:
• Acquire and demonstrate product knowledge and effectively present products to accounts.
• Meet sales expectations on weekly basis without constant management supervision
• Provide daily and monthly reports as required
• Attend weekly meetings and training sessions. 1 in person and the rest via Zoom.
• Perform product demonstrations / tastings as required to promote sales
Minimum Requirements:
• Should possess a strong base knowledge of liquor, wine and beer
• Must reside in Massachusetts at time of application to be considered
• Must be a self-starter with strong desire to succeed and meet goals
• Have good time-management skills
• Work with supplier representatives as requested
• Always looking for new opportunities to succeed
• Strong Follow-up skills with a no excuses attitude
• Must be able to build displays with cases up to 35lbs with no restrictions
This position requires a valid Massachusetts Drivers License along with reliable transportation.
Compensation: Base( the base is listed below, but not commission, bonus or supplier incentives)+ Commission + Bonus
Our Bonus program includes weekly and quarterly performance bonuses.
We pay monthly expenses (up to $400 / month)
