Responsibilities (to be overseen by ownership and head winemaker):
Work with the head winemaker and clients to fulfill winemaking in a cooperative facility.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct all stages of wine production for multiple labels; including crushing, pressing, fermentations, filtrations, racking, barreling, topping, labeling, and bottling.
Basic lab procedures management. Perform analysis on wines and conduct all lab work within the ability of the lab on site.
Implement and operate a system for inventory management of all production supplies and materials, including physical inventory needed for compliance and accounting.
Manage case inventory in the warehouse.
Control barrel program; process and properly maintain/store in-process wines.
Maintain winery equipment and systems and keep in-house state and federal records.
