Sculpterra is a small family owned and operated winery in Paso Robles, CA and we are excited to offer this Wine Club Management position to prospective candidates.

This amazing and fun job opprtunity allows you to grow with our small winery as you work directly with the ownership and staff.

Starting pay of $25.00 a hour with an increase in pay to $26.00 a hour after completion of 90 days of employment.
Vacation and sick days information will be provided during the interview.

WineClub Manager/Retail Manager
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

#1.) Day to Day - Keeping Things Organized;
Effectively manage the (wine club) daily calls, voicemails, and emails, ensuring our members are well-cared for.
Organize, update, and maintain the membership database.

#2.) Take charge of order returns and resolve any address updates or reroutes efficiently.
Maintain precise invoicing and accounting for all wine club activities.
Prepare the monthly/quarterly wine club commission report with accuracy.
Creation of all e-commerce/wine release emails consisting of copywriting.

3.) Monthly - Manage all club processes, including communications, billing, shipping, and inventory management, and create staff training documentation relating to WC ops. Other administrative tasks, including reporting budget forecasting (club run estimates) and shipping invoice review, will be required, along with other assigned duties. Provide input and editing of wine club newsletters.

#4.) Growth - Maximize wine club growth and maintain existing memberships.
Develop new and compelling marketing ideas to promote club acquisition and retention. Create a Communication calendar.
Responsible for managing but not executing the day-to-day email, social media, and performance marketing programs to drive increased awareness, traffic, and conversion online and to the winery property.

#5.) Events - Club only others if needed
Exceptional phone etiquette, people skills, and the ability to work as a team player with multiple departments (guest relations, winemaking, production, and management), multi-task, and interact as a brand ambassador at public events are a must.

#6.) General - This full-time, salaried position requires someone on the team to be present at the winery during non-traditional business hours.
The individual chosen for this role will work a set schedule with required shifts on weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
The ideal candidate must be meticulous and well-organized, overcome obstacles, maintain great attention to detail, efficiently use time, be goal-oriented, enthusiastic, charismatic, passionate about wine and food, and proactively provide solutions and ideas to enhance current DTC processes.

You must continue education on Google Suite, Orderport, and logistics software platforms to get the most benefits.
You are responsible for the items on the list, but know many can be effectively delegated.
