Human Resources Associate
Del Dotto is a small, family-owned winery that aspires to make the highest quality wine possible and continue to provide one of the best wine experiences to our customers. Del Dotto Vineyards is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Associate. In your position, you will assist in all areas of HR from onboarding, maintaining employee files maintaining HR information, processing payroll, maintaining benefits, manage worker’s comp claims, safety and labor law compliance etc. You will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive culture for our employees. As we have a high percentage of Spanish speakers being Bilingual will be critical to your success. In summary, you will be a
Generalist involved in all areas of Human Resources.

Qualified candidates will have the following responsibilities:
Primary ADP (Payroll) user (new hires, termination, changes, payroll processing, ACA reporting, etc.)
Maintains Benefit programs Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AFLAC, etc.
Assists management with the Workers Compensation/Safety Program
Facilitates the hiring process, job descriptions, job ads, onboarding.
Is the “Go-To” person for all HR related questions and/or concerns
Attends operational meetings to better support the team
Communicates all high-level concerns to CFO/Ownership, immediately
Provide accounting and or administrative support as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years HR experience
Fluent in Spanish, as well as English
Sharp attention to detail with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Focused individual with strong planning, multi-tasking and organizational skills
Able to work in a team environment as well as operate independently
Ability to work with confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. and sitting at a desk/personal computer for extended periods.
Occasional overtime

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Monday - Friday
8-hour shift

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
Leadership Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
