Hospitality Manager - DTC Sales Lead

Role Overview: We are looking for an organized, self-motivated, results driven individual with a fun, lighthearted energy. You will be engaging with customers both online and in-person to share our story, our wines, and our culture. You'll be responsible for generating sales, building lasting relationships with customers, and contributing to our energetic atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and build strong relationships.
Conduct wine tastings and tours, sharing knowledge about our wines and the winemaking process.
Grow revenue through direct-to-consumer channels, including our tasting room, online store, and events.
Assist with marketing initiatives and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Participate in events, both on and off-site, to promote our brand and products.
Expand club membership
Assist with wine club and in bound order shipments
Interact with hospitality concierge, tour operators and key accounts
Advocate for our brands in the community and in communication with guests, club members and trade accounts
Be a positive presence that makes our place the place to be, a warm and welcoming place to visit

Requirements:
Passion for wine.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the wine or hospitality industry.
Team player with a strong work ethic
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
Knowledge of the Willamette Valley wine region and its history is a plus.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with POS and basic computer skills
