About Us: Cline Cellars is a dynamic and growing winery located in Sonoma, CA. We are seeking an experienced Operations Planner to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our production planning, procurement, and new product development processes. As a key member of our Operations team, you'll collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient operations and meet market demands.

Position Overview: The Operations Planner will oversee production planning, procurement of dry goods, and new product development, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and market conditions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining vendor relationships, and implementing best practices for quality control and cost management.

Responsibilities:

Generate the Production Inventory Report (PIR) based on sales forecasts and long-term plans.
Present PIR to stakeholders regularly and update production schedules accordingly.
Maintain accurate bill of materials (BOMs) in Navision and monitor forecasts for supply chain adjustments.
Coordinate dry goods procurement, optimize inventory levels, and manage vendor relationships.
Participate in new product development processes and implement packaging improvements.
Track vineyard metrics to inform long-term strategies for production and sales alignment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Navision, Claret, Targit, and VinoEZ is a plus.
2+ years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing operations, including production planning and inventory control.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs intermittently and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000/year (Depends on Experience)
