Committed to crafting ultra-premium, vineyard-driven wines, we exclusively source grapes from our two certified sustainable vineyards: Cuvaison and Brandlin Estate. Under the guidance of Winemaker Steve Rogstad and Associate Winemaker Rebecca George, our portfolio reflects our unwavering dedication to excellence and authenticity.

Position Summary: Join our team as an Event Coordinator & Tasting Room Host, where you will dedicate 50% of your time to orchestrating unforgettable experiences at Cuvaison and Brandlin Wineries in the heart of Napa Valley, and the other 50% to hosting guests in our tasting room. As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead our event operations while embodying a culture of excellence, innovation, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Develop comprehensive event proposals, encompassing budgets, timelines, and innovative concepts.
•  Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, entertainment, and technical support.
•  Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, from venue setup to transportation and audiovisual requirements.
•  Create and maintain detailed event schedules and timelines to ensure flawless execution..
•  Supervise event setup and breakdown, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to plans.
•  Manage event vendors, contractors, and internal team members.
•  Conduct post-event evaluations to gauge success and identify areas for enhancement.
•  Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in event planning and management.
•  Provide exceptional customer service to guests in the tasting room, conducting wine tastings and offering knowledgeable recommendations as necessary.

Qualifications:
•  Previous experience in the wine industry, hospitality, or event management.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Exceptional customer service abilities, with genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences.
•  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
•  Proven track record in event planning and coordination, ideally in a similar capacity.
•  Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, coupled with acute attention to detail.
•  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
