We are seeking an experienced Tasting Room Manager for 30-40 hours per week to join our team.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tasting room which includes:
- Greet all customers making them feel welcome as soon was they walk in the door
- Provide outstanding customer service and deliver a memorable experience for all guests
- Communicate the brand & wine stories
- Training, and supervising tasting room staff
- Creating and updating wine lists, menus, and displays
- Managing inventory
- Tracking sales and expenses
- Increase wine sales and club memberships
- Assist with events
- Oversee shipping to customers and wine club members
- Draft newsletters, maintains social media presence and website content
- Ability to work most weekends and some holidays

Qualifications
- Minimum two years successful management experience, ideally wine/hospitality related
- Passion for wine and customer service with strong wine knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- 21 years or older
