About Us:
Cassidy Ranch, an organic vineyard and farm in Sonoma, is seeking a Hospitality Manager to join our team and lead the launch of our new wine tasting experiences. Cassidy Ranch will be launching several unique experiences in 2024 centered around our organic farm and abundant flower fields. We are looking for an ambitious hospitality professional to help us oversee the launch and rollout of our unique hospitality and wine tasting program.


Qualifications:
We’re seeking a warm, engaging and service-focused personality with a love for above-and-beyond hospitality, wine, and organic farming.
Prior experience in winery, hospitality and / or luxury sales is preferred.
Knowledge of wines and fine wine production, as well as excellent communication, public-speaking and organizational skills are required.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, embrace technology and love meeting new people
Experience managing wine clubs and D2C sales is also a plus.

Responsibilities
The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for working closely with the Cassidy Ranch team to help launch a new series of wine, food, and farm experiences at our estate in Sonoma, CA.
This role will help implement Cassidy Ranch’s new hospitality programs, and be on the ground greeting and hosting guests during their visits to Cassidy Ranch.
This role will also be responsible for private events and special gatherings at the property.

Additional responsibilities include:
Overseeing for the POS System including training, reporting and troubleshooting
Developing and overseeing our outreach, including outreach to tour companies, hotel concierges, etc
Identifying and developing plans to capitalize on new business development opportunities, such as targets for corporate team-building activities (virtual and onsite) and corporate-gifting programs
Leading the charge to maximize use of the property through large-group visitation and private events
Includes outreach to local wedding, corporate and event planners, associations promoting visitation and tourism, hotels, caterers, etc
Ensuring all public-facing areas of the property are shipshape and in keeping with brand standards
