The outbound telesales role at Robert Biale Vineyards is designed to enhance the winery's sales efforts by proactively reaching out to both potential and existing customers, to sell wine, sign up new club members, and effectively manage customer relationships through excellent service and communication.

Essential Responsibilities:
•  Prioritize and execute outbound sales calls to both potential and existing customers, to meet or exceed established sales and membership goals.
•  Follow-up sales calls with personalized, detailed emails.
•  Work closely with the DTC Sales Manager to segment the customer database effectively for targeted sales campaigns.
•  Emphasize the importance of achieving sales goals and establishing strong customer relationships.
•  Accurately use POS (Point of Sale) and reservation systems to manage sales processes.
•  Uphold company philosophy/standards and stay informed on company updates.
•  Actively seek information and attend sales and/or marketing meetings to better engage with customers.
•  Tailor wine offers to customers based on their preferences and process orders accurately and promptly.
•  Utilize every opportunity to sell and sign-up new club or allocation list members.
•  Expand the customer base for Corporate Gifting programs through proactive outbound calls.
•  Present weekly telesales updates and sales achievements.

Customer Service & Administration:
•  Place a strong emphasis on establishing and nurturing customer relationships.
•  Lead in customer communication, responding promptly and professionally via phone, chat, text, and email.
•  Provide superior customer service and concierge-level assistance.
•  Support other departments and team members as necessary.
•  Be available for occasional weekend and/or holiday work, depending on the season.

Compensation:
•  $20 to $25 per hour plus open-ended commission structure, DOE
•  Excellent benefits

Qualifications:
•  Previous wine telesales experience success.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Proven sales experience, preferably in the wine industry or a related field.
•  Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•  Knowledge of wine and passion for the industry
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
•  Experience with eCellar POS, and MS Office programs a plus
•  This position has the flexibility to be F/T or P/T, hybrid or on-site. Days/hours TBD with some weekend and evening events required, with advance notice.
