Client Service Coordinator

Job Description:

Join our team at Cultivate Systems as a Client Service Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in supporting the satisfaction of our esteemed winery clients through our powerful online software application. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, contributing to the success of our clients and team.

This is a remote position with occasional in-person meetings in Napa, as required. Work is conducted during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a main liaison between Cultivate Systems and our winery clients, promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and requests, via Zendesk, phone, and email.

- Assist in setting up and testing online sales releases, ensuring seamless execution for our clients.

- Create and schedule promotional and informational email campaigns.

- Support for reporting and data entry tasks.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.


- 2+ years of customer service or support experience, preferably in a technology or software-related industry.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and colleagues.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
