Balletto Winery, a family-owned and operated winery with vineyards found throughout the Russian River Valley and West Sonoma Coast, is searching for a Tasting Room Manager. Balletto sources all its fruit for its wines from its own vineyards, producing consistent, elegant, award-winning Estate wines.

This position is critical to creating an inviting and positive atmosphere, ensuring all guests have an exceptional, memorable experience during their visit, by carrying out the company mission to create guests for life.

The Tasting Room Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the tasting room, shipping services for DTC Operations, and guest experiences at Balletto Winery. This position also oversees Merchandising, Tasting Room supplies, as well as F&B merchandise, and reports directly to the Director of Hospitality.

Must haves:
•  Minimum of Three (3) to Five (5) years related to retail or hospitality management and sales experience.
•  Willing to work, holidays, and weekends as required and extended hours.
•  Must be 18 years of age or older, with a valid CA driver’s license and clean DMV record.
