Dynamic Cook

The Restaurant at Savage & Cooke distillery is a super dynamic, fast paced and fun casual restaurant serving classic southern cuisine. We are looking for a team player and experienced cook to help in prep and cooking during our open service hours 12-7pm Thurs-Sunday as well as prep work in Vallejo on Wednesdays. Our restaurant is located on Mare Island and we are looking for someone who is organized, takes pride in their work, and is passionate about making great food!

Qualifications/Requirements

Previous experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant is required. We are looking for someone who has experience with the prep process. We also do occasional catering so we do require some knowledge of cooking techniques and methods. A background in line cook work is also a plus! Ability to follow instructions as well as all sanitation rules and procedures.

Part-time quickly in to full time

Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
