Opici/RNDC of NY is looking for dynamic outgoing Regional Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to work with a family-owned company and represent fine wines and spirits from all over the world.
Open positions:
(2) Regional Managers Metro NY, ON PREMISE (NYC focused): Annual base salary based on territory and experience ranging from $85,000 to $125,000.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage and motivate a dynamic sales team of 5-6 sales consultants to execute company priority KPI’s and objectives.
• Must be able to multi task, be organized, communicate well and lead by example.
• Execute an overall sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue, depletion and placement goals.
• Provide exemplary sales management and ongoing customer service for all accounts including all qualitative work needed.
• Professionally plan and execute supplier market visits with sales team in a designated territory.
• Attend sales meetings, annual portfolio tastings and other company events.
Regional Manager Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years industry sales experience.
• WSET Level 2 certified
• 4-year College Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office a must with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint usage.
• Excellent organizational, planning and management skills.
• Experience in Common industry software preferred – Diver (Power user) and SevenFifty.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills – ability to problem solve.
• Multi-tasking capability (Adaptable & Flexible).
• Ability to work extended hours if required.
• Ability to travel
• (12) Sales Consultants Metro NY, ON PREMISE:
• Salary to start based on territory and experience ranging from $60,000 to $110,000.
• Transition to a 100% commissioned position (maximum 12 months) with an established draw against commission.
• Commission rates paid in accordance with the Local 2D Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Main Responsibilities:
• Increase sales and qualitative KPI’s in assigned accounts as well as open new accounts in territory.
• Execute an overall sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue, depletion, and placement goals.
• Provide exemplary sales and ongoing customer service for all accounts.
• Professionally plan and execute supplier market visits with follow up in your territory.
• Attend sales meetings, annual portfolio tastings and other company events.
Sales Consultant Qualifications:
• Minimum 5yrs industry experience is a must.
• Passion for fine wine and craft spirits and desire to increase overall knowledge through education.
• Must be outgoing, personable and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must own or have daily access to a vehicle.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be highly organized.
• Computer literate with Excel skills.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds.
