Summary:
The Account Specialist will manage the controlled label customers by offering a high level of customer service, while managing the Sales Team to ensure the customer service needs are being met throughout the department. This employee will work closely with Marketing, Quality Control, and Accounting departments to provide excellent customer support to our control label clients. The account manager is responsible for keeping detailed records on controlled label clients

Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
You will:
Manage Project Files
Create and update project forms
Manage and maintain project files
Act as liaison between customer and company regarding project updates
Attend Marketing meetings to stay up to date on new projects
Manage Inventory
Work with customer to maintain monthly forecast
Maintain and update sales forecast
Review bottling schedule for changes
Identify and communicate inventory level concerns to customer and planning team
Notify customers of bottling changes/inventory issues
Prepare and supply customers with inventory /production reports
Customer Management
Manage sample requests
Maintain price list
Manage payment details
Manage shipment details
Provide and maintain technical information requests
New supplier forms
Coordinate new item registration with compliance
Coordinate new customer registration with compliance
Attend customer meetings
Supply customer with required reporting
Team Management
Create and maintain customer information within internal records
Communicate with team, project readiness to ensure shipments are made efficiently
Train and delegate work tasks
Offer a high level of support to team when necessary
Other duties as assigned.
You Have:
Two years’ minimum experience in wine sales
Two years’ experience in management role
Strong computer skills using Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word
Excellent verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
Extreme attention to detail in all aspect of data management
Strong ability to multi-task and maintain diverse workload
Ability to prioritize and achieve deadlines
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk and talk or hear.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Account managers must endure extended periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer and/or calculator.
