Our beautiful Sonoma Estate winery, is seeking a star outside wine sales professional to help 1) drive off-premise sales of our estate wines (currently sold in our tasting room and and through our wine club only) and 2) help us build continued growth in the grocery channel and 2) sell select Estate wine in a way that preserves and supports our brand integrity.
The right candidate is a long-term thinker who can create and execute a profitable sales strategy. Demonstrated success in a similar capacity with a winery, broker, or distributor required.
Our 40+ year-old, 100-acre estate is located just outside of Healdsburg. We are under new ownership and we are adding the energetic top talent required to grow and reach new heights. In addition to the excitement around new investment, ownership and fresh ideas, we will be rebranding our estate and estate wines in the near future, providing the right candidate with a completely fresh landscape from which to achieve significant sales success. This is not a job for a low-energy order taker – this is very much a ground-up build. We are open to an on-site or hybrid candidate but preference will be given to local candidates who will work from the Estate as often as practicable.
