GAI stainless variable capacity fermenter/storage tank. Manufactured in Italy in 2003. 2/3rds jacketed. Lid lifting arm, sampling valve, analog thermometer, two clean out doors, racking butterfly valve, and bottom discharge ball valve inclded. Two identical tanks available. Tank stands 96 inches tall, lifting arm sits one foot above when attached.
Additional third tank available with same specifications but sits 10 inches shorter for shorter ceiling cellars. These aren't the thin "Letina" type steel tanks. Thick durable steel construction.
