This crossflow manufactured by VA Filtration is super easy to use and great way to get started in crossflowing wine. New membranes have less than 2000 gallons run through it.
I'm starting my long, slow push towards retirement, otherwise I would keep it for sure. It filters 275 gals of dry red wine in about 1.5 hours. You can work on other things while it's running. The instructions are laminated and zip tied to the machine. I'm happy to train the new owner and help run the first wine.
