For sale: Diemme Vintage 23 hydraulic basket press, purchased new in 2008 and owned/operated by us since. 23HL capacity (approx. 6–7 tons of fermented reds per load). Runs 480V, 3-phase.
Regularly serviced throughout its life (ColloPak) with no outstanding mechanical issues — hydraulic system, ram, and cage all in excellent working condition.
Includes a second pressing cage — a valuable add for anyone looking to minimize downtime between loads or hedge against future cage wear/replacement costs.
