Expandable single-group PLC and open cages

Riddling Capacity: 50,000 to 70,000 Standard 750 ml bottles per year. Each Gyropallet is composed of a frame supporting a mobile frame. The frame is self supporting and is fixed to the floor of the riddling room by means of mechanical anchors. These cages can accommodate either boxes or TSR containers handled by hooks. Rotation movements are controlled by one (1) motor per cage. The incline is achieved via a continuous screw controlled by a gear motor which drives the cradle on 1/4 turn: horizontal bottles, vertical bottles. The mobile frame is supported by three (3) points, amply spaced from each other, which ensures optimal stability and rigidity to the entire frame. The mechanisms of the machine are securely stable to withstand forklift truck operations. All parts are mechanically welded and hot dip galvanized.
