Destemer by Socma from France. The cube. It does a great job and it’s in good condition. We just acquired the new version of it. You can do a lot of adjustments depending on the varietals that you are sorting and the quality of sorting that you are looking for. Easy to use and adjust. Fairly easy to clean. Not too much electronics.
