Complete automatic rotary disgorging monoblock — disgorger, doser, leveler, corker, and wirehooder in one line. Operational since spring 2024. A relaxed pace of 4 cages per day is comfortable and sustainable.

Sold as a package with an automatic cork orientor and cork dust remover, glycol neck freezer (150-bottle capacity), and a full complement of ancillary equipment. Star wheels and cradles for both 750mL and 1.5L are included. This is a complete, commissioned disgorging end that a buyer can operate immediately.

Replacing this monoblock new in 2026–2027 means navigating tariff exposure and extended lead times at meaningfully higher cost. This is U.S.-landed, commissioned, and ready to transfer.
