Fully automatic vacuum tirage filler with integrated biduler and capper for sparkling wine production. Landed in the U.S., commissioning complete, zero deferred maintenance. Selling because we have committed to a different production direction; this is not a distressed sale.

This machine is running today. Averaging 27 bpm with filtered base wines clocking near 30-32 bpm. At those rates, a crew of three can operate comfortably: one on in-feed glass, one at the helm, one packing off. A bypass switch has been installed around the biduler/capper so the machine can also fill still wines through a post-fill corker.

With current tariff trajectories, replacing this unit new in 2026–2027 would likely run 20-30%+ higher — if lead times allow. This machine is landed, commissioned, and ready to move.
