Features :

•  Tight structure of welded sheets collecting the water of the washing zone to a perfo-rated sheet for screening. Apons to stop the water at the entry/exit

•  Water retention basin with complete draining, float lever for regulation and overflow

•  Washing circuit by pump (48 m³/h) and peripherical sprinkling system, including 8 demountable float rails (following the crates’ height) with interior / exterior nozzles and valves for interior cleaning

•  Exit ramp for taking one crate, linkabel to a gravitational conveyor (optionally)

•  Sliding polycarbonate pannel on the front for easy access to the washing zone

•  Screening by a large perforated cage, removable after the machine stop, avoiding obstruction risks

•  Constructed of passivated / pickled stain-less steel 304 L
