Work fantastic. I have 3 of these hooked up in various areas of the winery to my G&D 10-ton glycol chiller with flawless performance, never a single issue whatsoever. Just changed up our A/C system in the barrel room to go from two smaller units to once larger fan coil unit for more cooling power which is why I am selling.
I've had two of these in a 2000 sq ft barrel room with high ceilings and have been able to maintain 58-60F no problem in Paso Robles where it's 90-100F regularly.
These units are meant to be attached to a glycol chiller setup, so cold glycol runs across the coil and the fans move the cold air across it. Simple setup and great performance.
I also have a Redhat 120v solenoid valve I can include with the unit. Doesn't come with a thermostat control, however.
Located in Paso Robles.
