Currently in my Oakland tasting room - it allowed me to get a full restaurant food license without installing a dedicated hood system.
Brand new, never used or even cooked under self-contained ventless hood, 220V single phase. 32" width. This allows you to get a restaurant license without external venting, perfect for small, awkward or unalterable spaces like a tasting room space, wine bar, etc... Currently sells for $19,000 before freight for $1k, and I had to wait four months for it to be built. Unit weighs about 500 lbs. so requires four people to carry to back of truck or van for transport. Ansul system was never charged either but it has two fire suppression nozzles and complies with county health and fire suppression codes. Located in Temescal area of Oakland. Happy to preview.
