VACUUM BELT LABELER

Capsuling - Labeling Monoblock in stainless steel composed of:

1.) Capsules dispenser for shrinking capsules with capsule detection photocell, bottle neck centering device and foil pressing piston.
2.) Ventilate shrinking head with thermostatic probe (with security pneumatic lifting).

3.) Single Station light depression vacuum belt labeler (brushless) suitable for self-adhesive labels. The body label station (roll outside max. diameter 400mm) has height adjustment and motorized paper recovery. The labeling station, transfer band and contrast band can be vertically and angle regulated.
