*The Basket is made of hardwood. The bladder is made of food-grade rubber.
Includes wheels for easy movement.
From the supplier- "Simply fill the press with your crushed fruit, close the lid, then turn on your water supply to inflate the bladder. The bladder will press the fruit against the inside wall of the basket. The juice will run down the side of the basket and into the steel base where it can be collected."
