We purchased this press new in 1995. It is a center bladder design which Della Toffola still makes today. It runs on 240 three phase power. We have replaced many of the important components of this press just in the last three years, including the compressor and the drum motor. A new membrane was installed before the 2023 harvest. It is older, yes, but it has been well maintained, and is a lot of press for the money!
