I have a mix of 3Fill (2023) and 4Fill (2022) French Oak Burgundy barrels that I just came out of in August. They have been steamed, sulfured, and are stored inside. They are all Tight Grain, Medium Toast, and 3-year Seasoned. I have mostly Cadus, but some Damy and Remond. The following is what I have:
3 FILL - 6 barrels - $150/barrel
4 FILL - 1 barrel - $ 75/barrel
