Assorted red barrels for sale. Majority (approx. 64) are Burgundy and Bordeaux neutral, 2021 vintage. Also have 6x neutral 500L barrels ($100 each). No racks for sale.
All barrels were either just emptied from recent bottling or emptied of pickling solution. Since then, they've been stored fully pickled — water adjusted to 2.9 pH with free SO2 maintained at 150 ppm. The wood is clean and fresh.
Every time we empty barrels, we pressure wash, steam, bung, and pressure wash again. Cooperage is all French. These are micro-bio clean barrels.
